JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically capable Financial Operations Associate to join our growing team. This mid-level role sits at the intersection of traditional finance and digital assets, supporting portfolio execution, custody management, banking operations, and AI-powered tooling — with occasional direct engagement with high-net-worth and family office clients.

Key Responsibilities
Crypto & Digital Asset Management
Execute cryptocurrency trades across centralised and decentralised exchanges with precision and minimal slippage
Manage cold wallet storage and custody protocols, ensuring best-practice security standards (hardware wallets, multi-sig setups, key management)
Monitor on-chain positions and reconcile digital asset holdings

Traditional Market Trading
Execute trades across stocks, bonds, and ETFs on behalf of the portfolio
Maintain accurate records of positions, rebalancing activity, and transaction costs
Support portfolio reporting and performance attribution

Banking & Funds Management
Manage day-to-day bank account operations including wire transfers, reconciliations, and liquidity management
Coordinate with banking partners and custodians to ensure smooth fund flows
Maintain accurate records in compliance with internal controls

AI Tools Support
Operate and troubleshoot existing AI-powered tools used in research, operations, or client reporting
Collaborate with developers or vendors to support the further development and iteration of these tools
Identify automation opportunities within operational workflows

Client Engagement
Communicate professionally with high-net-worth individuals and family office representatives as required
Prepare and present clear, accurate reports and summaries for client review
Respond to client queries regarding portfolio activity and operational matters

Qualifications & Experience
3–6 years of experience in financial services, fintech, or a family office environment
Hands-on experience with cryptocurrency trading and cold wallet / custody management (non-negotiable)
Demonstrated experience executing trades in stocks, bonds, and/or ETFs
Familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g. LLM-based platforms, workflow automation) and an aptitude for working alongside their continued development
Experience in banking operations, treasury, or fund administration
Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of operational discipline

Licensing & Compliance
Relevant securities or financial advisory licence preferred (e.g. Stockbroker or CFA is a plus)
Willingness to obtain required licensing where not already held
Demonstrated understanding of AML/KYC requirements and compliance best practices

Self-directed and reliable in a remote working environment
