JOB OVERVIEW

Paid Media Specialist (Remote)

We're looking for an experienced Paid Media Specialist to join our digital team and help drive performance across a portfolio of leading beauty and personal care brands.

You'll be responsible for managing and optimising campaigns across Google, Meta and other paid media channels, working closely with our ecommerce, creative and marketing teams to improve performance and scale customer acquisition.

Please note: This role requires hands-on experience managing and optimising Google and Meta advertising campaigns. We are not looking for candidates whose experience is primarily in social media management, content creation, virtual assistance or administrative support.

About the Role
This is a hands-on role focused on campaign management, optimisation and performance growth.

You'll be responsible for managing campaigns across multiple brands and channels while identifying opportunities to improve performance, scale customer acquisition and maximise return on advertising spend.

Key Responsibilities

* Build, launch and manage campaigns across Meta, Google (Search, Shopping, Display and YouTube) and other paid media channels
* Monitor, optimise and scale campaigns based on performance data and business objectives
* Manage budgets across channels to maximise return on investment
* Conduct keyword research, audience analysis and competitor reviews
* Develop audience targeting and retargeting strategies
* Maintain accurate tracking and measurement across GA4, conversion tracking and advertising platforms
* Analyse performance data and identify opportunities for growth
* Collaborate with creative teams to test, iterate and improve ad creative
* Work with ecommerce and marketing teams to improve landing page performance and conversion rates
* Identify new channel and audience opportunities
* Prepare performance reports and provide actionable recommendations
* Stay up to date with platform changes, industry trends and emerging opportunities

About You

* 4+ years' hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns
* Strong experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
* Strong understanding of campaign optimisation, audience targeting and performance analysis
* Experience using GA4 and conversion tracking
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Experience with Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads or Pinterest Ads is advantageous but not essential.
