We are looking for a highly intelligent, AI-savvy creative strategist to help create high-converting static ads and long-form static creatives for health and supplement offers.
This role is focused on static ad creatives, not VSLs.
You will help research products, competitors, customer pain points, hooks, angles, claims, mechanisms, and creative concepts. You will then use tools like Claude, Higgsfield, and other AI tools to turn that research into strong ad concepts, briefs, and static creatives.
You will be working directly with and learning from a highly skilled creative strategist, so this is a strong opportunity for someone who is sharp, curious, fast-learning, and serious about becoming excellent at performance creative.
This is not a basic graphic design role.
We are not looking for someone who only makes pretty designs. We are looking for someone who understands why an ad converts.
You must have experience creating or strategizing ads in niches such as:
Health
Supplements
Wellness
Beauty
Weight loss
Gut health
Menopause
Pain relief
Hair growth
Joint support
Women’s health
Main Responsibilities:
Research health and supplement products deeply
Research competitors, advertorials, landing pages, reviews, customer pain points, and winning ads
Create static ad concepts for Meta, TikTok, and other paid ad platforms
Create long-form static creatives such as problem-solution ads, listicle-style ads, testimonial-style ads, comparison ads, UGC-style statics, and educational statics
Use Claude to generate hooks, angles, ad copy, creative concepts, and research summaries
Use Higgsfield and other AI tools to generate visual directions and ad assets
Turn research into clear creative briefs
Create or guide the creation of static ad creatives
Analyze why certain creatives are working or not working
Help launch and test new products
Improve ad concepts based on performance data
Work fast without needing constant hand-holding
You are NOT a good fit if:
You only make basic Canva designs
You have no experience with health, supplement, beauty, or wellness ads
You cannot think strategically
You do not understand hooks, angles, mechanisms, pain points, objections, proof, and CTAs
You need every small step explained to you
You are not comfortable using AI tools
You are slow to learn new tools or workflows
You only care about design, not performance
You cannot research a product or customer avatar deeply
You cannot show examples of previous ad creatives or strategy work
Requirements:
Experience creating or strategizing static ads for health, supplement, beauty, or wellness offers
Strong understanding of direct-response advertising
Strong research ability
Good visual taste
Strong English comprehension and writing ability
Experience using Claude, ChatGPT, Higgsfield, or similar AI tools
Ability to turn research into hooks, angles, briefs, and ad concepts
Ability to learn quickly and take feedback well
High intelligence and strong problem-solving ability
Comfortable working with paid ad performance data
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate is not just a designer.
The ideal candidate is someone who can look at a product, understand the customer’s pain, research competitors, identify strong angles, and create static ad concepts that are built to sell.
You should be curious, analytical, creative, and fast.
You should enjoy figuring out why people buy, why ads work, and why certain messages outperform others.

We are looking for someone who understands that great static ads come from strong research, strong angles, strong hooks, emotional insight, clear messaging, visual clarity, and constant testing.
You do not need to be perfect yet, but you must be highly intelligent, extremely curious, fast at learning, and serious about improving.
