TikTok Shop Affiliate Manager & Operator

About the Brand
We are an e-commerce site launching on TikTok Shop. We sell multiple products across the home goods space and have partnerships with many top brands.

The Role
You will own our TikTok Shop operation end-to-end. The brand is set up in Seller Center and has inventory ready to move. We also have TikTok Shop leaders who will provide coaching and direction. What we need is an operator who can manage the system, run it daily, and own growth.

Day-to-day ownership includes:

Seller Center management. Listings, pricing, promotions, order management, and compliance. Flag issues before they become problems.

Creator sourcing and outreach. Identify, vet, and recruit TikTok creators and affiliates. You are writing the outreach, negotiating commission structures, and managing those relationships directly.

Sample logistics. Work within the current sample capacity to prioritize the highest-upside creators.

Content pipeline coordination. Brief creators on content angles. Flag what is working and push creators toward formats that convert on TikTok Shop.

Analytics and reporting. Own a weekly performance report covering GMV, units sold, top-performing creators, content click-through rates, and affiliate commission spend.

What Success Looks Like in 12 Months
$300K-$400K in TikTok Shop GMV generated within 12 months, driven primarily by affiliate and creator-led content.

Who You Are
Required:

Hands-on experience managing a TikTok Shop seller center account. You have touched listings, managed promotions, and navigated affiliate/creator programs inside the platform itself. This is non-negotiable.

Proven track record sourcing and managing creator or affiliate partnerships, ideally in CPG, health, food and beverage, or wellness.

Strong written communicator. Your creator outreach gets replies. Your reports get read.

Comfortable operating with minimal oversight. We need someone who drives the work, not someone who waits to be directed.

Detail-oriented on logistics. Samples, content deadlines, and commission tracking are all your responsibility.

Compensation
Base: $1,000 - $1,500 per month, depending on experience and demonstrated TikTok Shop track record.

Performance bonus: OTE of $5k/month – Tied directly to monthly TikTok Shop GMV and creator pipeline KPIs. Operators who hit and exceed GMV milestones earn meaningfully above base. Specific bonus structure is discussed during the final interview stage.

This is a remote, full-time contractor role.
