Hiring: Urgent role : Finance Coordinator

We’re a fast-moving wellness company, looking for a hands-on Finance Lead to own our day-to-day finances end to end. You’ll run payroll, manage purchases, keep AR/AP clean, and produce accurate financial statements and reporting on a fast, reliable cadence.

We value someone who can take ownership quickly, work with minimal supervision, and turn things around the same day or the soonest possible time when needed. Ideally, we expect precision, speed, and a finance brain that flags opportunities (fees, spend, payroll efficiency) rather than just processing transactions. International Experience

Key Responsibilities
Payroll & salary processing — Run accurate, on-time payroll for the full team; handle adjustments, reimbursements, and contractor payments.

Purchasing — Process small and daily purchases promptly; track spend against budget and keep records clean.
Accounts Payable (AP) — Manage vendor bills, schedule and execute payments, and reconcile statements.
Accounts Receivable (AR) — Issue invoices, track incoming payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.
Financial statements — Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
Financial reporting — Deliver clear, timely reports to leadership; surface trends, risks, and savings opportunities.
Financial Dashboard - Create a financial dashboard and update it weekly
Cash & banking — Manage banking through Mercury; monitor cash position and flag anything unusual.
Bookkeeping — Keep QuickBooks fully up to date and reconciled.
Fast turnaround — Process requests at the soonest available time; same-day when the business needs it.

Requirements
5+ years in finance/accounting, ideally including a finance lead, senior bookkeeper, or finance manager role.
Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks (setup, reconciliation, reporting).
Hands-on experience with Mercury (or comparable digital banking platforms).
Proven ability to run payroll, AR/AP, and month-end close independently.
Comfortable producing financial statements and management reports without hand-holding.
Highly organized, detail-obsessed, and fast — completes tasks on time and meticulously.
Able to start soon and ramp up quickly to manage the function with minimal supervision.

Nice to Have
Experience in wellness, healthcare, clinic, or coaching / online-services businesses.
Exposure to multi-currency payments and international vendors.
A proactive, advisory mindset — recommending better banking, lower fees, or smarter spend.
Comfort working with finance tools and light automation.
