JOB OVERVIEW

We are a phone sales business based in the US looking for a reliable, confident English-speaking caller to join our small remote team. Your job is simple — call leads who have already expressed interest in purchasing, confirm their meetup time and location, and handle basic questions or concerns on the call.
This is not cold calling. Every person you call has already shown interest. You are simply confirming and closing the appointment.

What You Will Do:

Call leads from a provided list using our calling tool (US number provided)
Confir ---------- etup time and address with each buyer
Handle common objections using a script we provide
Do a confirmation call 1 hour before every scheduled meetup
Update our team group chat after every call with the result
Help guide buyers to the meetup location if they get lost
Learn and follow the full operation system — how leads flow, how the team communicates, and how sales are tracked

What We Are Looking For:
Excellent spoken English — clear, confident, and friendly with a proven history in English-speaking sales or customer service roles
Previous experience in appointment setting, outbound calling, or phone sales required
Rock solid internet connection — this is non-negotiable, dropouts or connection issues are not acceptable in this role
Available full time, 9am to 9pm EST including weekends
Learns systems quickly and follows processes closely
Honest, punctual, and communicates proactively with the team

Pay:

$300 bi-weekly base

Hours:

Full time — 9am to 9pm EST
Must be available weekdays and weekends
