Looker Studio Expert & Marketing Data Analyst (Part Time, US Hours)

1. JOB OVERVIEW

We are not looking for a passive spreadsheet filler. We are looking for a heavy data wrangler who operates as a master "data storyteller."

In the fast paced Marketing and Affiliate Marketing space, our leadership team moves quickly with high level strategies. We need an elite analyst who can take those vision level ideas, filter out the noise, and translate complex datasets into crystal clear, high impact visual graphs and charts. Your mission is to show clients and stakeholders exact results, progress, and milestones at a glance—proving ROI through flawless data visualization while accompanying every chart with a crisp, executive action plan. If you cannot look at raw data and instantly see the strategic narrative, this role is not for you.

2. YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Data Integration & Advanced Blending

Centralize Multi Channel Data: Gather, connect, and blend heavy data streams from Shopify, Google Analytics (GA4), Facebook Ads, and affiliate networks.
Dashboard Architecture: Build and maintain high performance Looker Studio dashboards designed for executive level side by side campaign comparison.

Timeline & ROI Strategy Mapping

Velocity Tracking: Take the strategies provided by leadership and map out data driven timelines.
Impact Modeling: Build highly specific charts that track the exact latency and ROI of campaigns (e.g., if ad spend is scaled on a specific account, visually report exactly how many days or hours it takes for those results to manifest in revenue).

Executive Communications

Write the Narrative: Draft concise, high impact executive summaries and action plans to accompany every report.
Filter the Noise: Ensure high level stakeholders can instantly absorb the critical takeaways without getting bogged down in technical data muck.

3. REQUIREMENTS

Looker Studio Mastery: Expert level proficiency is mandatory. You must have deep, hands on experience using advanced connectors and complex data blending functions.
E Commerce & Analytics Ecosystems: A flawless understanding of Shopify and Google Analytics (GA4) data infrastructure.
Domain Literacy: Strong marketing acumen is required. Specific experience handling Affiliate Marketing data pipelines will put you at the top of our list.
New York Standard Communication: Exceptional, concise written English. You must be able to summarize 10,000 rows of data into three punchy, actionable bullet points.
Operational Alignment: Ability to work a strict part time schedule of 20 hours per week during US Business Hours (EST) for real time collaboration.

4. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Hourly Rate: $7.00 – $11.00 USD per hour, strictly commensurate with data expertise and testing.
Commitment: Part time (20 hours/week) with potential for growth based on performance.
Payment Frequency: Paid weekly —zero delays.
