We are specifically seeking a hands-on BigSeller ERP Expert. If you do not have direct, deep experience managing inventory, purchases, and syncing within BigSeller, please do not apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Take ownership of the BigSeller account. Ensure "Available Stock" is perfectly synced across all stores to eliminate the risk of overselling during high-traffic mega-campaigns (11.11, 12.12).
- Manage the Inbound/Outbound process within BigSeller, including Stock-In (purchases), Stock-Out (promos/damage), and Warehouse Transfers.
- Lead weekly or monthly cycle counts and reconcile physical warehouse counts with BigSeller’s "On-Hand" data and resolve discrepancies between "On Hand," "Available," and "Reserved" stock.
- Use BigSeller’s "Purchase Suggestions" and historical sales data to forecast stock needs. Ensure we never hit "Zero Stock" on hero products.
- Create and track POs within BigSeller. Verify that "Stock-In" quantities match supplier invoices and update Costs to keep COGS accurate.
- Inspect returned items, update stock status and process replacements.
- Monitors stock sync between Bigseller and URStore.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide ad-hoc support.

Qualifications:

- 2–3 years of DIRECT, hands-on experience using BigSeller ERP (specifically the Stock Management, Reporting, and Purchase modules) is highly preferred.
- Proficient in Google sheets and Excel. Managing large datasets, utilizing advanced formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and generating performance reports.
- Strong numeracy for calculating weighted average costs and reconciling bulk shipments.
- Highly organized, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in multicultural teams.
