JOB OVERVIEW

TechToast Academy is a fast growing e-commerce brand selling a 25-week Arduino-based electronics and coding program for kids ages 8 and up. We are scaling hard on Meta ads and our biggest bottleneck is creative content supply. We are looking for a Creative Operations Manager to own our entire creative pipeline from sourcing raw footage to making sure the right content lands with the right people at the right time.

This is not a coordinator role. We need someone who thinks like an operator, takes full ownership of the creative supply chain, and builds and manages the team and creator relationships needed to keep our ad creative pipeline full and performing.

You will report directly to the founder and will have the autonomy to build the creative operation the way it needs to be built.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and build relationships with relevant YouTube creators, STEM educators, tutorial channels, and content creators in our niche who can provide high quality raw footage
- Reach out cold, negotiate deals, and manage ongoing creator relationships on retainer or per project basis
- Work closely with our creative strategist to understand what footage, angles, and hooks are needed
- Brief creators clearly on exactly what raw footage to capture and manage delivery
- Own the content calendar showing what is commissioned, in production, delivered, and scheduled for testing
- Coordinate between creators, the creative strategist, and video editors to ensure smooth handoffs
- Track which creator assets are performing and adjust the content pipeline based on data
- Hire and manage additional creative tea ---------- mbers as the operation grows

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a creative operations, influencer partnerships, or creator management role at a DTC ecommerce brand
- Strong understanding of what makes good direct response video ad creative, you do not need to edit but you must know what raw footage is usable
- Experience doing cold outreach and building creator relationships from scratch
- Highly organised with experience managing content calendars and multiple stakeholders simultaneously
- Entrepreneurial mindset, you treat this like your own operation not just a job
- Strong written and spoken English
- Experience managing or coordinating a small team is a strong plus
