JOB OVERVIEW

Location: Fully Remote (Philippines)
Schedule: Graveyard Shift (Start time between 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM PH Time)
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role
We are seeking an Automation & Process Specialist who can help improve workflows, streamline operations, and build systems that make teams more productive.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, creating efficient processes, and finding better ways to get work done. You'll work closely with tea ---------- mbers to identify bottlenecks, improve workflows, and support operational excellence across the organization.

Responsibilities
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Build and maintain automated workflows
- Reduce manual work through process optimization
- Improve reporting, tracking, and operational systems
- Troubleshoot workflow and process-related issues
- Create and maintain SOPs and process documentation
- Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers to improve efficiency across departments
- Research and recommend solutions that support business growth and operational effectiveness

Requirements
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Organized and process-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience improving workflows or operational processes is a plus

Preferred Skills
- Experience with workflow automation
- Experience integrating business systems
- Familiarity with process documentation and SOP creation
- Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, or system integrations
- Experience supporting business operations or process improvement initiatives

- ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI-powered productivity tools
