We are looking for an Ecommerce Growth Marketing Manager who can help us build a profitable ecommerce business from the ground up.

To help grow revenue through effective marketing.
We are not looking for someone to simply manage social media accounts or create marketing plans.
We are looking for someone who understands how marketing activities contribute to business growth.

The Role
You will work directly with the founders to help drive customer acquisition, revenue growth and brand awareness.
This is not a virtual assistant role.
This is not a graphic design role.
This is not a content posting role.
This is not an ads management only role.
You will help determine:
• What marketing activities should happen
• What campaigns should be launched
• What content should be created
• What offers should be tested
• What audiences should be targeted
• How marketing budgets should be allocated
• What improvements should be made to increase conversions and sales
We already have access to graphic designers and video editors.
Your role is to help direct and coordinate marketing initiatives that drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
Growth & Revenue
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue
• Recommend marketing initiatives that drive sales
• Help improve customer acquisition performance
• Analyse results and identify opportunities for growth
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements
• Assist with budget allocation across marketing channels
Content & Social Media
• Develop content strategies that support customer acquisition
• Create content plans for Meta, Instagram,
• Write creative briefs for designers and video editors
• Identify content opportunities that drive engagement and sales
• Develop educational content that builds trust and increases conversions
Paid Advertising
• Assist with Meta advertising campaigns
• Recommend audience targeting strategies
• Help test creatives, messaging and offers
• Analyse campaign performance
• Work towards improving return on ad spend
Email
• Build and manage Klaviyo campaigns and automations
• Create abandoned cart and browse abandonment flows
• Develop customer retention strategies
• Increase repeat purchases and customer lifetime value
• Build
Ecommerce Growth
• Research competitors and market opportunities
• Understand customer motivations and buying behaviour
• Improve conversion opportunities throughout the customer journey
• Recommend promotional campaigns and seasonal initiatives
• Help prioritise growth activities that will have the greatest commercial impact
