JOB OVERVIEW

Join the team at Happy Buddy Properties, a real estate company that optimizes short term rental revenue for owners. We are in search of a driven Virtual Assistant with strong video and photo editing skills, as well as a strong marketing and customer service background for our rapidly growing company.

The VA would assist in all parts of the company's marketing and social media efforts, including that on Instagram, Facebook, etc, from editing footage for short form content to designing marketing materials for realtors, etc. Ads and graphics may be created as well.

This role also includes some administrative work and customer service work, data scraping, and some performance metric tracking as well.

Skills and Qualifications:
-Video editing (short form and long form)
-Knowledgeable about social media and their usage
-Open and willing to learn new skills
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Can thrive in a fast-paced environment
-Organized and keen to details. To make sure you're really checking out the job details thoroughly, include the word "STR" in the email subject of your application.
-Real Estate knowledge (short term rentals in particular) is a plus
-Photo editing + Graphic Design is a plus
-Proactive with tasks and follow through
