JOB OVERVIEW

Hi,

I am a home remodeling consultant and Realtor based in Illinois.

I am seeking a motivated and experienced Client Reactivation & Appointment Setter to help generate new business opportunities through outbound calling, text messaging, email marketing, and database follow-up.

We maintain a large database of past clients, prospects, referral partners, and homeowners. Your primary responsibility will be reconnecting with these contacts, identifying opportunities, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our team.

This is a part-time position with a base pay of $3.00 per hour for 3–4 hours per day, plus commission opportunities based on closed transactions.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, enjoys building relationships, and is motivated by performance-based compensation.

Key Responsibilities
Contact past clients, prospects, and referral partners by phone, text, and email
Generate and qualify leads from provided databases and lead lists
Schedule appointments for real estate and home remodeling consultations
Conduct follow-up calls with previous inquiries and inactive leads
Build relationships with homeowners and referral sources
Maintain accurate records and notes within the CRM
Track call activity, appointments, and lead status
Assist with email and text marketing campaigns
Provide feedback and ideas to improve lead generation and outreach efforts
Required Qualifications
Previous cold calling, appointment setting, or lead generation experience
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
Professional and confident phone presence
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Comfortable working independently and managing daily goals
Experience using CRM systems and dialing software
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in real estate, home improvement, construction, or related industries
Experience reactivating old leads and customer databases
Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
Experience with text and email marketing campaigns
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Compensation
$3.00 per hour base pay
Commission opportunities based on performance
Flexible schedule (3–4 hours per day)
