JOB OVERVIEW

Role at a glance: Part-time (~20 hrs/week), long-term, content production.
Daily output: 3 carousels + 2 Reels, ~20–25 days/month.
You provide: scripts, footage, content direction, timeline.
They produce: finished, ready-to-post assets.
Tools: CapCut, Opus Clip, Canva, Edits, Others.

I run a growing tennis coaching brand built on Instagram content. I film and script everything — I need someone reliable and fast to turn my raw footage and copy into polished, ready-to-post content every day.
This is a long-term role. I'm starting part-time, but the right person grows into full-time and eventually leads a small content team. I invest in people who deliver.

What you'll do every day (~20–25 days/month):

Edit 2 Reels from my batch footage (I use Opus Clip for rough cuts — you refine, caption, add trending audio, format for IG)

Design 3 carousels in Canva using my templates and copy (clean, consistent fonts and colors)

Organize finished files so they're ready for me to post

Light cleanup and revisions based on my feedback

You must have:

Strong short-form video editing (Reels/TikTok style) — captions, pacing, trending audio

Solid Canva design skills (carousels especially)

Fluent written English (Spanish is a plus)

Fast, reliable daily turnaround — this is a high-volume role

Good internet and your own working setup

Nice to have

Knowledge of current Instagram Reels trends and audio

Interest in sports / tennis (not required)

Hours & pay:

~20 hrs/week to start (~5 finished assets/day)

$500–600/month depending on speed and quality

Paid 1-week trial first (one full content batch), then ongoing

Clear path to full-time as we grow:

To apply — read carefully (this is how I filter) - Start your message with the word COURTSIDE so I know you read the whole post.

Send your portfolio — I want to see Reels you've edited AND carousels you've designed.

Answer: What's your realistic turnaround for 1 Reel + 1 carousel once you have the footage and copy?

Tell me your weekly availability and your timezone.

Applications missing any of these get skipped.
