JOB OVERVIEW

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant / Bookkeeper with experience in the Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) industry to support daily financial operations and accounting processes.

Responsibilities:

? Manage bookkeeping and accounting functions using QuickBooks
? Record MCA funding transactions and repayments
? Perform bank and account reconciliations
? Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate records
? Monitor cash flow and accounting entries
? Support month-end and year-end closing activities

Qualifications:

? Strong proficiency in QuickBooks
? Experience with Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) transactions
? Knowledge of cash advances, repayment structures, and reconciliations
? Experience recording accounting entries related to lending activities
? Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills

Preferred Experience:

? Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) industry
? Lending or commercial finance
? Factoring companies
? Financial services accounting
