WE'RE HIRING: Real Estate Property Management Specialist (US-Based Properties)

Are you an experienced Property Management Professional with hands-on experience managing US-based real estate properties?
Do you have experience using AppFolio and/or Rent Manager?
If yes, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of US residential and/or commercial properties.
- Utilize AppFolio and/or Rent Manager for property management tasks.
- Handle tenant communications, inquiries, and issue resolution.
- Process lease agreements, renewals, notices, and move-in/move-out documentation.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor communications.
- Monitor rent collections and assist with delinquency follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate tenant, property, and financial records.
- Generate reports and ensure data accuracy within property management systems.
- Support property managers with administrative and operational tasks.
- Ensure excellent customer service and tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in US Real Estate Property Management
- Hands-on experience with AppFolio and/or Rent Manager (Required)
- Strong understanding of leasing, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and property operations
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated work-from-home setup
