JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Marketing Designer who has strong experience in:

Email Marketing Campaigns (EDMs)
Graphic Design
Video Editing
Marketing Content Creation

You will work directly with the owner of a growing construction and waterproofing company based in Roselands, Australia.

This is not a basic graphic design role. We need someone who understands marketing, branding, customer engagement, and conversion-focused creative assets.

Responsibilities
Design high-converting email campaigns (EDMs)
Create marketing graphics for products, training courses, and promotions
Edit promotional and educational videos
Design social media content
Create landing page and campaign mockups
Follow established brand guidelines and creative direction
Work closely with the business owner to develop marketing campaigns
Requirements
Essential
Proven experience in email marketing design
Strong graphic design skills
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar tools
Understanding of marketing principles and customer psychology
Ability to follow brand guidelines
Strong attention to detail
Excellent English communication skills
Preferred
Video editing experience (Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
Experience creating promotional videos
Experience working with construction, trade, industrial, or technical brands
Understanding of social media marketing
Design Style

2. Sample Video

Create a short promotional video in landscape format (16:9) using the materials provided.

The video should showcase our waterproofing and construction products while demonstrating your video editing and marketing skills.
