About the Role — As an HR Generalist, you will own the people operations that keep a fast-growing company running—recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and reporting. You'll be the steady hand behind the team: trusted with confidential matters, fluent in labor law, and comfortable representing the company in front of government agencies.
This Role Is Not for Everyone — We are not looking for someone who only processes paperwork. We are looking for a self-starter who anticipates issues, keeps the company compliant before deadlines hit, and handles sensitive matters with discretion and sound judgment.
What You'll Be Responsible For
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding—from sourcing and screening to a smooth first day
2. Handle employee and contractor relations matters with fairness, discretion, and confidentiality
3. Ensure compliance with Philippine labor law and company policy
4. Process and reconcile government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
5. Represent the company in routine dealings with government agencies—attending compliance updates, briefings, and training on employment regulations and statutory benefits
6. Prepare accurate, timely HR reports for leadership
7. Maintain organized, secure records and continuously improve HR processes
What We're Looking For
1. Proven experience as an HR Generalist, including recruitment and onboarding
2. Strong background in Philippine labor law and statutory compliance
3. Experience handling employee relations and confidential matters with discretion
4. Tech-savvy, with hands-on understanding of HR systems and AI-enabled HR platforms
5. Strong reporting skills—accurate, clear, and on time
6. Highly organized, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities
7. Professional presence to represent the company before government agencies
