**About Us**

We are a growing public adjusting firm that helps homeowners, property owners, and businesses navigate insurance claims related to property damage, including water, fire, storm, mold, and other covered losses. We advocate on behalf of policyholders to ensure they receive a fair settlement from their insurance company.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, analytical, proactive, and comfortable communicating with clients, contractors and insurance professionals.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Answer and make phone calls to clients, insurance carriers, contractors, and other parties involved in claims
* Follow up on claim status updates and outstanding documentation
* Maintain accurate records and notes within our systems
* Organize claim files, estimates, reports, and correspondence
* Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks
* Analyze claim information and identify missing items or inconsistencies
* Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
* Strong phone skills and confidence speaking with clients and professionals
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Claims Assistant
* Background in the U.S. property insurance industry, public adjusting, restoration, roofing, or related fields
* Familiarity with insurance claims processes and documentation
* Experience working with CRMs, project management software, or claim management systems
