About the Role — As an AI Solutions Engineer, you will design and build real applications and automations on top of Claude—turning messy, manual business processes into working software that runs on its own. You will be part of a fast-paced IT services / SaaS environment, building solutions for customer projects, internal operations, and the products that power our delivery.

This Role Is Not for Everyone — We are not looking for someone who waits for a spec or stops at a working demo. We are looking for a builder who ships—someone who can take a vague business problem, design the solution, write the code, and own it through to production.

What You'll Be Responsible For
1. Build apps and solutions on the Claude API—internal tools, client-facing products, and AI assistants.
2. Develop MCP servers that connect Claude to the tools clients already use (CRMs, project systems, knowledge bases, internal APIs)
3. Build and maintain workflow automations in Workato that move work across systems with no human in the loop
4. Wire integrations across the SaaS stack—ClickUp, CRM, document, and comms tools—using clean APIs and webhooks
5. Write clean, maintainable, production-grade code
6, Anticipate technical gaps and propose solutions before they become blockers
7. Build reusable patterns and components that let us deliver the next client faster than the last

What We're Looking For
1. Proven experience shipping real AI apps or solutions using Claude or comparable LLMs
2. Hands-on work with APIs, webhooks, and auth flows
3. Experience building (or strong interest in building) MCP servers
4. Fluency in at least one workflow automation platform—Workato preferred; n8n, Make, or Zapier transfer
5. Clean code in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript
6. Ability to talk to a client and a codebase in the same day—translating business problems into builds
7. A self-starter mindset, strong follow-through, and ownership from problem to production
