About Weird Beautee / Reset & Rebuild
Weird Beautee hosts healing-centered workshops, Zoom sessions, webinars, and virtual experiences through the Reset & Rebuild Blueprint.

These sessions are designed to help women reset their lives after survival mode, reconnect with themselves, release emotional and physical trauma anchors, rebuild identity, and move forward with purpose.

Live sessions may include teaching, storytelling, music, guided reflection, Q&A, chat engagement, emotional processing, spiritual encouragement, and workshop-style exercises.

We are looking for a Webinar Production Assistant / Zoom Co-Host who can help manage the live event experience behind the scenes so the founder can focus on teaching, leading, and connecting with participants.

Role Summary
The Webinar Production Assistant / Zoom Co-Host will support live workshops, Zoom sessions, webinars, and virtual events before, during, and after each session.

This person will help manage Zoom features, music, chat, Q&A, attendee support, transitions, and behind-the-scenes event flow.

The right person must be calm, organized, emotionally mature, tech-comfortable, and able to support a healing-centered space with professionalism and care.

This is an important support role. The assistant must be able to stay focused during live events, notice what is happening in the chat, alert the founder when needed, and help keep the virtual room calm, safe, and organized.

Responsibilities

Attend rehearsal or prep calls before major workshops or webinars.

Help test audio, music, screen sharing, links, slides, and event flow.

Serve as Zoom co-host when needed.

Monitor the chat during live sessions.

Welcome attendees in the chat and help create a warm, respectful environment.

Inform the founder of important comments, questions, emotional ---------- nts, or technical issues.

Organize Q&A questions for the founder.

Help manage music or audio cues when needed.

Assist with transitions between teaching, reflection, music, Q&A, exercises, or breakout-style ---------- nts.

Step in briefly if the founder needs to pause, step away, or transition into another topic.

Help attendees with basic tech issues such as audio, video, chat, access, links, or mute/unmute needs.

Help protect the emotional safety of the room by noticing disruptive, insensitive, or inappropriate comments.

Assist with recording, saving chat, tracking attendance, and gathering post-event notes.

Support post-event follow-up tasks, such as organizing questions, feedback, replay links, or attendee notes.

Work independently and complete assigned tasks without needing to be micromanaged.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, reliable, emotionally intelligent, organized, and professional.

You should be comfortable supporting conversations around healing, trauma recovery, grief, domestic violence survival, emotional reset, spiritual growth, motherhood, identity rebuilding, and personal transformation.

You do not have to have the same personal beliefs as the founder, but you must respect the mission and be able to support a space that may include spiritual encouragement, music, storytelling, and emotional reflection.

You must be able to multitask during a live event and remain focused while the founder is teaching.

Required Skills
Experience using Zoo ---------- etings and/or Zoom webinars.

Comfortable with chat, Q&A, mute/unmute, participant management, co-host features, screen sharing, and recording.

Strong written English communication.

Ability to monitor the chat while paying attention to the speaker.

Ability to troubleshoot basic tech issues calmly.

Reliable internet connection.

Ability to be present and focused during live sessions.

Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Preferred Skills
Experience supporting webinars, workshops, coaching calls, online classes, church events, healing circles, masterminds, virtual retreats, or live online events.

Experience managing music or audio cues during live sessions.

Experience with Google Drive, Canva, email platforms, landing pages, CRM systems, or online communities.

Understanding of trauma-sensitive, healing-centered, faith-informed, women’s empowerment, or personal development spaces.

What Success Looks Like
The founder can focus on teaching without worrying about the tech.

The Zoom room feels organized, welcoming, and emotionally safe.

Music, chat, Q&A, and transitions run smoothly.

Important attendee comments or questions are not missed.
