We are a real estate wholesaling company looking for a strong phone sales closer to join our acquisitions team.
PRIOR EXPERIENCE AS ACQUISITIONS MANAGER STRONGLY PREFERRED.
This is not an admin role and not an appointment-setting role. This is a closing role.
Our team generates motivated seller leads, and setters book appointments. Your job is to speak with homeowners, build rapport, negotiate, make offers, and close signed purchase agreements.
Real estate wholesaling experience is strongly preferred. We are especially looking for someone who has spoken with motivated sellers, negotiated price, and helped close deals before.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Take booked calls with motivated homeowners
Qualify motivation, condition, timeline, price, and decision-makers
Make offers based on our buying criteria
Negotiate purchase price and terms
Handle objections and follow up consistently
Close signed purchase agreements
Update CRM notes after every conversation
Requirements
Strong spoken English
Proven phone sales or closing experience
Real estate wholesaling/acquisitions experience preferred
Comfortable negotiating with U.S. homeowners
Able to work U.S. business hours
Quiet workspace, headset, and reliable internet
Comfortable with base pay + performance bonuses
COMPENSATION:
This role includes:
Base pay
Bonus per signed contract
Additional performance bonus/commission on closed deals
Earnings increase with performance.
