We're hiring 2 more Filipino virtual receptionists to join our existing team of three rockstar VAs who already handle the majority of our inbound calls. If you've read this far and a quiet voice in your head said "that's me" — keep reading.
This role is for you if:
You speak, read, and write C2-level English (or genuinely near-native). Clients on the phone should never wonder where you're located.
You have a warm, calm, smile-in-your-voice presence that makes people feel safe.
You can work U.S. Pacific Time hours (8 AM–4 PM or 10 AM–6 PM PT) consistently and reliably.

What you'll actually do:
Answer inbound calls from clients dealing with neck pain, back pain, sciatica, frozen shoulders, migraines, and chronic tension — and help them book the appointment that starts their relief.
Schedule and manage appointments using our internal systems.
Answer membership and insurance questions clearly and accurately.
Handle rescheduling and follow-ups with warmth and care.
Follow our scripts and SOPs — and bring your own warmth to every call.
No selling. No high-pressure scripts. Just elite service to people who already want our help.
Pay & terms:
$750–$800/month USD to start, full-time (40 hrs/wk).

We specialize in clinical neuromuscular and trigger-point pain relief — not spa massage. We accept U.S. PPO insurance, and we're opening our second clinic in Santa Monica this year.
