JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a talented 3D rendering artist to join our team as a full-time, long-term contractor. This is a dedicated role with ongoing work in a space that is genuinely exciting to be a part of.

What you will be doing:

You will work from CAD files and layered Photoshop files to produce photorealistic interior and exterior render layers for manufactured home models. These renders power a 3D product configurator that lets home buyers see a realistic preview of their chosen options, including siding, roofing, doors, shutters, dormer packages, kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, cabinetry, countertops, and other design features.

Each render you produce gets added to an existing PSD as a toggle layer. The work is detailed, consistent, and requires a high level of craft.

What we need from you technically:

Required: Strong experience using Autodesk Revit.
You must be able to take a DWG or DXF CAD file and create photorealistic interior and exterior renderings in Revit.
You are comfortable working inside structured, layered Photoshop files and delivering clean, production-ready results.
You understand architectural visualization, including materials, lighting, shadows, textures, and perspective.
Experience rendering residential interiors and exteriors is required.
Your portfolio should clearly demonstrate your Revit rendering capabilities.

Communication matters as much as the technical work:

This is a team role, and we need someone who can show up to a call or a live meeting and communicate clearly. Whether that is a scheduled check-in, a quick question, or a conversation about a project, you need to be a strong verbal communicator in English. Being able to talk through your work and flag questions or issues in real time is a core part of how we operate.

What this looks like for you:
