JOB OVERVIEW

Under the Abanaki Corporation and Aerodyne Environmental umbrellas, we're looking for someone to help us breathe more life into our websites and marketing strategies. This Website & Digital Marketing Specialist will lead the ongoing improvement of our company websites (hosted on WordPress), create and optimize content, improve SEO performance, and support digital marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate combines strong website skills with content creation, SEO knowledge, and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

Website Development & Management
Maintain and improve the company websites by:
• Implementing new website pages and landing pages
• Improving design, navigation, and user experience
• Ensure mobile responsiveness and performance
• Coordinate updates and enhancements
• Manage WordPress or similar CMS platforms (Hubspot is our other primary)

Content Development
Create and edit website content:
• Develop industry-specific application pages
• Write blog articles and technical content
• Create customer success spotlights and case studies
• Optimize content for SEO
• Assist with email marketing content (through Hubspot)

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Perform keyword research
• Optimize page titles, metadata, and content
• Monitor website rankings and performance
• Recommend new content opportunities
• Track SEO improvements and website traffic

Digital Marketing Support
• Assist with social media content (Primarily LinkedIn)
• Create marketing graphics using Canva or other tools
• Support email marketing campaigns
• Analyze website and marketing metrics to help us reach growth goals
• Research competitors and industry trends

Qualifications Required
• Excellent written English skills
• Timely communication (team based, largely email)
• 3+ years of website management experience
• Strong experience with WordPress
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices
• Experience writing website and marketing content
• Proficiency with Canva and basic graphic design
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and Search Console
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently

Preferred
• Experience with industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or B2B companies
• Experience with HubSpot or CRM systems
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
• Experience with AI-assisted content creation tools
• Experience managing website redesign projects
