Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably supporting small businesses or solo entrepreneurs
Strong understanding of marketing strategy beyond social media
Experience with
High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain brand integrity across all touchpoints
Strong written communication skills with a professional and polished tone
Self-starter who can take direction and execute independently with minimal supervision
Scope:
Part-time role starting at 20 hours per week with potential to scale to full-time
Working hours aligned with U.S. East Coast business hours (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST)
Bi-weekly check-in meetings via Zoom with ongoing communication through agreed channel
Reporting directly to the business owner as the sole point of contact
Supporting a solo business with a relationship-driven client base
