JOB OVERVIEW

.Virtual Admin & Social Media Assistant (Remote – Philippines)

Evolve Commercial Cleaning is a growing UK commercial cleaning company looking for a reliable, proactive, and organised Virtual Admin & Social Media Assistant.

We are looking for somebody long term who can help support our business with admin, social media content, marketing tasks, and organisation.

This role is ideal for somebody who enjoys creating content, keeping systems organised, and working independently.

Hours & Pay
2 hours per day
5 days per week
Flexible working hours
Remote role
Pay: $6 USD per hour
Main Responsibilities
Social Media Content

You will be expected to:

Create and schedule a minimum of:
3 Facebook posts per week
3 LinkedIn posts per week
3 Instagram posts per week
Create captions and simple graphics using Canva or similar software
Use photos, videos, information, and metrics provided by us to create engaging content
Help grow our social media presence professionally and consistently
Monitor engagement and suggest content ideas proactively
Admin & Marketing Support

You will also help with:

General admin tasks
Creating and formatting emails
Updating spreadsheets and documents
Research tasks
Organising files and systems
Supporting recruitment/admin processes when required
Google Ads Support

We would like somebody who:

Has experience using Google Ads
Can help monitor and update campaigns regularly
Can report basic performance metrics
Is willing to learn and improve campaigns over time
Skills & Experience Required

We are looking for somebody confident using:

Facebook
Instagram
LinkedIn
Canva
Microsoft Office
Google Workspace
Google Ads

Experience with HighLevel, Mailchimp, or CRM systems is a bonus but not essential.

Suggest ideas
Create content independently using guidance provided
Help improve organisation and systems
Take ownership of their work

Training and guidance will be provided, but we are looking for someone who is motivated and willing to grow with the business long term.
