VIRTUAL EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

We are looking for a highly organized and dependable Virtual Executive Assistant who can help manage operations, customer communications, lead follow-up, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update GoHighLevel CRM
• Capture, organize, and track leads
• Make outbound follow-up calls to prospects
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
• Respond to emails, text messages, and customer inquiries
• Maintain digital records and paperwork
• Assist with sales follow-up and lead conversion
• Build and maintain workflows and automations
• Perform data entry and administrative tasks
• Help improve operational efficiency and customer experience

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently
• Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection
• Experience with CRM systems
• Experience with customer service and lead management
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with GoHighLevel
• Appointment setting experience
• Sales or lead generation experience
• Social media management
• AI tool experience
• Graphic design experience
• Basic bookkeeping knowledge

Compensation

Compensation will be based on experience, skills, and performance.
