We're looking for a highly resourceful Operations VA to become the first hire in a fast-growing paid ads agency that helps US home service contractors (roofing, siding, patios, decking, hardscaping) get more jobs through paid advertising and booked appointments.

## What You'll Be Doing (No Two Days Are Exactly the Same)
* Running daily health checks across 8-10 client ad accounts in GoHighLevel (GHL) — pulling cost per lead, cost per appointment, and flagging anything off-threshold on Slack
* Sending pre-built SMS outreach batches to contractor prospects on schedule
* Daily reporting: total appointments booked, show rates, and setter team performance updates posted to Slack
* Full client onboarding: setting up GHL sub-accounts,
* Building and uploading
* Updating client dashboards and reporting spreadsheets before strategy calls
* Chasing clients for onboarding materials (crew photos, logos, form responses) — persistent follow-up until received
* Setting up landing pages and lead forms in GHL using standard templates
* Keeping Slack organized and making sure absolutely nothing slips through the cracks
## Requirements
* Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
* Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) or strong willingness to learn fast from Loom video SOPs
* Comfortable with Google Sheets, Google Drive, Slack, Loom
* Basic familiarity with Meta Ads Manager — you won't be making strategic decisions, but you need to navigate the platform, read metrics, and upload campaigns
* Able to work US timezone hours (shifted schedule from Philippines) — our clients are US-based contractors, so overlap with US business hours is non-negotiable
* Quick learner, fast executor — if you need to be told every single step and can't figure things out from a video walkthrough, this isn't the right fit
* Agency or online business experience is a major bonus
* Comfortable with Canva for basic ad creative formatting is a plus
