Arches Design Studio specialises in assisting Interior Design companies with the design development and detailed documentation of interior projects. We support projects across all stages, including Concept Design, Design Development, Pricing & Tender Documentation, Construction Documentation, and the coordination of finish, FF&E, lighting, and furniture schedules.
We work closely with our clients to deliver documentation packages that are highly detailed, technically resolved, and aligned with each studio’s standards.
Role Description:
This is a casual, temporary remote role for a Graduate / Junior Technical Interior Designer.
The role focuses on supporting the design, development and documentation of interior projects. You will be working closely with the team to produce and develop drawing packages and assist with ongoing project delivery.
Day-to-day tasks include:
-Assisting with construction drawing sets and documentation packages
-Supporting the design team with Revit modelling and drawing development
-Setting up Revit projects, including models, views, sheets, and documentation structures
-Updating and coordinating drawing packages as projects progress
-Reviewing finishes, materials, and furniture schedules
-Ensuring documentation is kept up to date and delivered on time
Availability
This position is ideal for a student or recent graduate seeking consistent weekly hours with flexibility.
Availability is required Monday to Friday in 6–8 hour blocks, with the potential for additional hours depending on project workload (up to 40 hours per week).
About You
-Currently studying or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design
-Has approximately 1–2 years of Revit experience gained through university projects, coursework, or similar
-Confident using Revit to set up projects from scratch, including basic modelling, creating views, sheets, and assembling drawing packages
-Has already produced drawing sets as part of study or assessments and is comfortable working in a documentation workflow
-Proactive, willing to learn, and open to feedback in a fast-paced studio environment
-Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
-Interested in developing real-world studio experience with mentorship and guidance
-Eager to build confidence and grow into industry-ready capability
