Experienced Video Production Manager Required

We are looking for a highly experienced Video Production Manager to join our team and take ownership of video production across a range of exciting projects.

This is not an entry-level editing role.

We are looking for somebody who has spent years producing high-quality video content and understands the complete production process from raw footage through to final delivery.

You should be comfortable editing content yourself while also managing production workflows, quality control, and creative execution.

This role would suit someone who takes genuine pride in their work and who notices the small details that others miss.

What You'll Be Doing

You will be responsible for producing and managing a variety of video content including:

- Long-form podcast episodes
- Webinar recordings
- YouTube videos
- Social media content
- Short-form video clips and reels
- Client case studies
- Educational content
- Event footage
- Promotional videos
- Internal training materials

You will:

- Edit videos to a professional standard
- Create engaging short-form clips from long-form content
- Add graphics, captions, transitions, and motion elements where appropriate
- Improve audio quality and visual presentation
- Ensure all content meets brand standards
- Perform final quality assurance before publication
- Organise video assets and project files
- Coordinate with designers, writers, project managers, and other tea ---------- mbers
- Continuously improve production workflows using the latest tools and technologies

Software & Tools

You should already be highly proficient in one or more of the following:

- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Audition
- DaVinci Resolve
- CapCut
- Opus Clip
- Descript
- Riverside
- Canva
- Other modern AI-assisted video production tools

We are not concerned with which tools you use.

We care about the quality of the final result.

You should actively stay up to date with emerging AI and video production technologies that improve speed without sacrificing quality.

Essential Requirements

Experience

- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in video production, editing, or post-production
- Proven portfolio of professional work
- Experience producing content for business audiences
- Experience working remotely with distributed teams
- Strong understanding of video storytelling, pacing, audience retention, and content repurposing

English

You must have excellent English skills.

Particular attention will be paid to:

- Written English
- Caption accuracy
- Grammar
- Punctuation
- Professional communication

All work must be delivered in UK English.

Attention to Detail

This is absolutely critical.

We operate a formal quality assurance process and maintain exceptionally high standards across all content we produce.

You should naturally notice:

- Spelling mistakes
- Caption errors
- Audio problems
- Timing issues
- Branding inconsistencies
- Incorrect formatting
- Visual distractions
- Technical mistakes

Training

Full training will be provided regarding our internal processes, quality standards, and workflows.

However, this is not a role for somebody who is still learning video production.

You should be capable of hitting the ground running from day one.
