JOB OVERVIEW

Virtual Assistant for Therapy Practice (Phones, Scheduling & Marketing)

Four Seasons Counseling is a growing private therapy practice serving adults and couples in California. We specialize in trauma therapy, EMDR, anxiety, relationship issues, and faith-informed counseling. We are seeking a reliable, professional Virtual Assistant to support our practice.

Hours: 5–10 hours per week with potential for long-term growth.

Responsibilities:

* Answer incoming phone calls from prospective clients
* Return voicemails and text inquiries
* Schedule consultation calls
* Respond to basic questions about services, fees, and availability
* Post weekly updates to Google Business Profile
* Upload blogs and content to our website
* Create simple Canva graphics for social media and Google Business Profile
* Assist with administrative and marketing tasks
* Maintain professionalism and confidentiality

Work Schedule Requirements:

* Applicants must be available to work during Pacific Time business hours (California).
* Some availability between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time is required.
* Please include your available work hours in Pacific Time when applying.

Requirements:

* Excellent spoken and written English
* Professional phone presence
* Reliable internet connection
* Experience with customer service or reception work
* Experience with Canva
* Experience with Google Business Profile preferred
* Experience with Squarespace preferred
* Highly organized and detail-oriented
* Ability to communicate warmly and professionally with potential clients

Preferred Experience:

* Mental health practice
* Medical office
* Counseling practice
