JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing premium supplement brand focused on science-backed formulations, longevity, and performance optimization. Our mission is to build category-defining products supported by strong education, compelling storytelling, and high-converting creative.

We are now looking for a Creative Strategist with proven supplement experience who understands how to translate health science into persuasive, compliant, high-performing ad creatives.

This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who has already built and scaled winning campaigns in the supplement space.

Role Overview

As our Creative Strategist, you will own the ideation and direction of performance-driven ad creatives across Meta, (maybe TikTok, YouTube, and other paid channels in the future)

You must understand:

• Supplement consumer psychology
• Compliance limitations in health claims
• UGC scripting and hooks
• Direct response frameworks
• Performance metrics such as CTR, thumb stop rate, CPA, and ROAS

Your job is simple in theory and demanding in execution: develop creatives that convert.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-converting ad concepts based on data and competitor research
• Write scroll-stopping hooks and scripts for UGC and founder ads
• Build creative briefs for video editors and content creators
• Analyze ad performance and iterate quickly
• Identify winning angles and scale them
• Conduct competitive analysis within the supplement space
• Align creative with brand positioning and long-term growth strategy

Requirements

• Proven experience working with supplement brands (mandatory)
• Demonstrated track record of winning ad creatives
• Strong understanding of Meta and TikTok ad ecosystems
• Ability to balance compliance with persuasive messaging
• Experience scaling offers such as subscriptions, bundles, or AOV lifts
• Data-driven mindset
