Producer Labs is a music marketing agency in Los Angeles. We're hiring a Campaign Coordinator to run the day-to-day of influencer campaigns alongside an account manager. You'll be the engine that keeps each client's campaigns on track — building creator lists, producing proposals, and keeping bookings and follow-ups from slipping.
This is a graveyard-shift role: you must be online and reachable from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM US Pacific Time (roughly 1:00 AM – 9:00 AM Philippine time). Please only apply if you can commit to those hours long-term.
We're an early, fast-moving team, so the scope of this role will shift as we grow. It suits someone who wants more on their plate over time, takes on new problems without waiting for perfect instructions, and treats being handed more responsibility as the point — not the burden.
What you'll do:
Build and vet influencer/creator lists for active campaigns, organized cleanly in spreadsheets/Airtable
Produce client proposals in Gamma and PowerPoint/Google Slides
Manage creator booking, swapping, and follow-ups across several campaigns at once
Run creator and seeding outreach (DM/email) to source new creators and pages as needed
Scan each client's space weekly for relevant pitch and placement opportunities
Own a set of direct creator relationships on the ground
Must-haves:
2+ years in a coordination, VA, or campaign-support role
Able to reliably work the 10am–6pm PT graveyard window
Comfortable building decks in Gamma and/or PowerPoint/Google Slides
Strong written English and confident running outbound outreach to creators
Organized enough to track many moving pieces across multiple clients without dropping a follow-up
Comfortable in a role whose scope changes month to month
Reliable internet and a dedicated workspace
Nice-to-haves:
Experience with music marketing, the creator economy, or social campaigns for artists/brands
Familiarity with Airtable, Slack,
To apply, include a one-line note on the influencer or social campaigns you've supported. Shortlisted applicants will be sent a short Google Form to complete before a 20-minute video interview.
