We’re looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join a growing SaaS company that serves Shopify and eCommerce businesses around the globe.
In this role, you’ll assist customers with technical inquiries, troubleshoot platform issues, and help ensure they have a seamless experience using our software.

Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is REQUIRED.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal is REQUIRED.
- Experience with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable learning and navigating technical platforms and tools
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
- Familiarity with Zendesk or similar customer support software
- Previous exposure to SaaS products or environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through
- Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues while providing effective solutions
- Escalate advanced or complex cases to the appropriate technical teams
- Partner with internal departments to address product-related concerns
- Develop a strong understanding of the platform and its features
- Deliver professional, accurate, and customer-focused support
Work Arrangement
- Full-time remote position
- Five working days per week
- Eight-hour shifts
