(On-Page, Off-Page, Technical SEO & Content Optimization)
We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented SEO Specialist to manage and grow our organic search presence. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, strategic, and up-to-date with search engine best practices, with strong hands-on experience in on-page optimization, technical SEO, link building, and keyword research.
You will play a key role in increasing organic traffic, improving search rankings, and building a long-term SEO strategy that drives qualified leads and revenue for the business.
Main Responsibilities
1) Keyword Research & SEO Strategy
Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value opportunities for organic growth
Develop and maintain a keyword strategy aligned with business goals and target audience intent
Analyze competitor keyword rankings and identify content gaps to exploit
Prioritize target keywords by search volume, competition, and conversion potential
Map keywords to specific pages and content pieces across the website
2) On-Page SEO Optimization
Optimize title tags, meta descriptions, headers (H1–H3), and URL structures across all pages
Improve internal linking structures to distribute page authority and improve crawlability
Optimize images including alt text, file names, and compression for page speed
Ensure all content is well-structured, readable, and aligned with target keyword intent
Implement schema markup and structured data to enhance search result appearances
3) Technical SEO
Perform regular technical SEO audits using tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google Search Console
Identify and resolve issues including crawl errors, broken links, duplicate content, and redirect chains
Improve Core Web Vitals and page speed performance across desktop and mobile
Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and canonical tags to ensure proper indexation
Ensure the site is fully crawlable, indexable, and technically sound at all times
4) Content SEO & Optimization
Work with content writers to produce SEO-optimized blog posts, landing pages, and product pages
Audit existing content and provide optimization recommendations to improve rankings
Build and maintain a content calendar aligned with SEO opportunities and seasonal trends
Refresh and update underperforming content to improve rankings and organic traffic
Ensure all published content meets on-page SEO standards before going live
5) Link Building & Off-Page SEO
Develop and execute white-hat link building strategies to grow domain authority
Identify and pursue guest posting, digital PR, and outreach opportunities
Monitor the backlink profile using tools such as Ahrefs or SEMrush and disavow toxic links
Build relationships with relevant websites and publishers for ongoing link acquisition
Track referring domains, new backlinks, and authority growth over time
6) Reporting & Analytics
Track and report on key SEO metrics weekly and monthly: organic traffic, keyword rankings, impressions, CTR, and conversions
Use Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and SEO tools to measure performance
Provide clear, data-backed reports with insights and prioritized action items
Monitor algorithm updates and assess their impact on rankings and traffic
Requirements
Proven experience in SEO with measurable results in organic traffic and keyword ranking improvements
Strong proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console
Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices
Experience performing technical SEO audits and resolving site health issues
Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) and the ability to interpret organic traffic data
Strong understanding of search intent and how to align content to meet user needs
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Up-to-date knowledge of Google algorithm updates and their implications
Nice to Have
Experience with eCommerce SEO including product page and category page optimization
Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms for implementing on-page changes
Experience with local SEO including Google Business Profile optimization
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for implementing technical SEO recommendations directly
Content writing or editing experience with an SEO focus
Performance Expectations (Important)
Consistently improve organic keyword rankings and grow organic traffic month over month
Maintain a technically clean, well-optimized website with no major crawl or indexation issues
Deliver a steady pipeline of quality backlinks through ethical, white-hat outreach
Produce timely SEO reports with clear performance data and prioritized recommendations
Stay ahead of algorithm changes and proactively adjust strategy as needed
Provide clear communication and measurable progress toward agreed SEO goals
