We are a growing family-owned eBay reselling business (The Patriotic Lion) based in Arizona, USA. We source from estate sales and storage auctions and sell a variety of items including clothing. Our store is quickly expanding beyond 2,000 items with a backlog of 4,000+ sourced items currently in need of listing.
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented eBay Listing Virtual Assistant to help us scale by posting and cross-listing from photos and ai generated descriptions we provide. This is the main and only role as of now. As the backlog reduces, duties will also include but not be limited to categorizing the store inventory and maintaining / interacting on social media sites to drive customers and new subscribers to the store. At first you will be listing clothes but can expand to listings of electronics and collectibles. Photos and ai descriptions will be provided for all listings. Social media management may also lead to creating graphics and designing. Your main responsibilities will include:
Taking prepared drafts (photos, measurements, basic descriptions, and suggested titles) and turning them into live, optimized eBay listings
Uploading multiple photos from google drive and arranging them properly in an eBay listing
Writing or refining titles, bullet points, and descriptions for better visibility and conversion (we provide AI-assisted starting points)
Selecting accurate categories, item specifics, and shipping options (human verification of AI - selection for accuracy)
Publishing listings (via eBay's Seller Hub, Nifty.ai or by using your own bulk tools if preferred)
Making small optimizations for titles, keywords, and formatting based on our guidelines
Researching items for current market value and pricing them accordingly using our minimal price guidelines coupled with your best judgement and experience
Occasionally revising or ending listings as needed
Categorizing listings and organizing the eBay store
Maintaining social media sites to drive traffic and new subscribers to the store via
This role is focused on execution and posting with speed and accuracy — we use AI tools (including GROK, Copilot, and Gemini) to help generate optimized titles and descriptions, so you won’t be starting from scratch every item. No Ai experience required. You will be required to document your time using Timeproof and log your draft entries in a google doc excel spreadsheet provided. We are open to hiring for a full-time, part-time, or a 3-month gig role.

Requirements:
Previous experience creating or posting eBay listings by photo (strongly preferred)
Strong attention to detail (especially with measurements, photos, and item specifics)
Good written and verbal English (C1-2 preferred)
Reliable computer + fast, stable internet (strongly preferred)
Comfortable working with photos and spreadsheets and Google Drive desktop app
Self-motivated and able to work independently with clear instructions
Experience with pricing items based on Product Research and comparable pricing
Available for steady, ongoing work (not just one-off projects)
Familiar with Timeproof and Easypay
Desired/Nice to have:
Experience with cross listing tools such as Nifty.ai

Work Schedule:
Async/flexible is fine. We are in Arizona (MST), which is 15 hours behind Philippines time. Most communication will be through zoom, WhatsApp messages or Loom videos. We value consistent weekly output over strict daily hours.
Compensation:
Hourly rate ($3–$6 per hour depending on experience, efficiency, and speed)
Bi-Weekly pay via Easypay based on documented hours in Timeproof
