JOB OVERVIEW

About us:
We're Pure & Pristine, an established exterior cleaning business in Brisbane, Australia (window cleaning, pressure washing, house washing), ~90% residential. The business runs well — now we want to grow it. This role is the growth engine: get us found, generate leads, and convert them into booked jobs.

The role:
You own everything from "stranger finds us online" to "job is booked." You generate demand (SEO, ads, content), then convert it (respond to enquiries, quote, follow up, close). Once a job is booked, you hand to the owner, who runs the team and schedule. Your success is measured in one number: booked jobs.

What you'll own:
- Local SEO: Google Business Profile optimisation, local-pack rankings, service-area/suburb landing pages, citations/NAP consistency, review generation strategy
- Website optimisation & CRO: improve the site to rank and to convert visitors into enquiries
- Paid ads: plan, build and optimise Google (incl. Local Services Ads) and Meta campaigns — manage budget to a target cost-per-booked-job
- Content & social: consistent, locally-relevant content that supports SEO and brand
- Lead conversion / sales: respond fast to enquiries, prepare and send quotes (from customer photos — no site visits), follow up, and close the booking
- Reporting: track leads, conversion rate, cost-per-lead, cost-per-booking, and ROAS

You'll thrive here if you:
- Have a proven record growing a local/home-services business (or similar) — not just ecommerce or SaaS
- Can show real results: rankings, traffic, leads, and ROAS you personally drove
- Know local SEO deeply and live in Search Console, GA4, and your ads platforms
- Are commercially minded and comfortable on the phone/email closing residential customers
- Are fluent, natural in English (written and spoken)
- Work independently and own outcomes, not just tasks

Hours:
Full-time. You set your own focus time, but you must be reachable during Brisbane business hours (7-4) for fast lead response (speed wins bookings).

Pay:
Pay & growth path
We start low and pay you up fast as you prove results — no commission, just a rising wage tied to clear milestones.

Starting: AUD $900/month (3-month trial)
Rising to $1,100 ? $1,300 ? $1,500+/month as you hit agreed targets (leads, bookings, ROAS)
Reviewed at 3, 6 and 12 months — and we'll move you up early if you hit milestones early.
This is a build-and-grow-with-us role. If you generate real revenue, you'll be paid like it.
