JOB OVERVIEW

About The Role:
Fitribe is looking for a passionate, energetic, and client-focused Online Female Fitness Coach to join our growing coaching team full-time.This role is ideal for someone who genuinely loves helping women improve their health, confidence, and lifestyle through sustainable fitness and nutrition habits. You'll work closely with clients to provide accountability, support, education, and guidance throughout their journey.

Our coaching philosophy is built around consistency, community, and long-term results rather than quick fixes, so we're looking for a coach who shares those values.

While experience in nutrition, exercise science, physical therapy, or other health-related fields is highly valued, what matters most is your ability to connect with clients, deliver exceptional coaching, and help people achieve lasting results.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Coaching & Support
- Deliver a high level of coaching support through Trainerize and other communication platforms.
- Build strong relationships with clients through regular communication and accountability.
- Provide personalised feedback, encouragement, and guidance to help clients stay engaged and motivated.
- Monitor client progress and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support clients through challenges, barriers, and setbacks while maintaining a positive coaching experience.

Program Management:
- Design and adjust personalised training programs based on client goals, experience level, injuries, and lifestyle factors.
- Review client data including workouts, nutrition logs, progress photos, measurements, and check-ins.
- Make program adjustments as needed to ensure continued progress and adherence.

Client Experience:
- Maintain timely responses to client messages and support requests.
- Conduct regular check-ins and follow-up communication.
- Deliver a supportive, professional, and empathetic coaching experience.
- Contribute to client retention through proactive engagement and relationship building.

Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the coaching and operations teams.
- Participate in tea ---------- etings and performance reviews.
- Contribute ideas to improve systems, processes, and client outcomes.

Essential Requirements:
- Female fitness coach or personal trainer.
- Previous experience coaching clients online or in person.
- Strong understanding of strength training, fat loss, habit formation, and client accountability.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Highly organised with strong time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients while maintaining a high level of service.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Positive attitude with a genuine passion for helping others succeed.
- Preferred Experience

While not required, the following experience will be highly regarded:
Trainerize experience.
Nutrition coaching experience.
Experience coaching women in perimenopause and menopause.
Exercise Science qualification.
Personal Training certification.
Strength and Conditioning qualification.
Physical Therapy, Allied Health, or Rehabilitation background.
Experience working within an online coaching business.
