JOB OVERVIEW

CallBound Media is a fast-paced pay-per-call company that connects
insurance callers to agents and buyers in real time. We are looking
for a sharp, reliable Virtual Assistant to join our team and grow
with us long-term.

THIS ROLE REQUIRES WORKING FULL US EASTERN TIME HOURS (9am–6pm ET,
Monday–Friday). This means night shift Philippine time. Please only
apply if you can commit to this schedule sustainably.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Monitoring and managing group chats and communications in real time
while calls are live
- Coordinating between buyers, agencies, and internal team members
- Handling email inbox management and follow-ups
- Learning our pay-per-call operations and helping keep things running
smoothly day to day
- Basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Online (we will train you)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Strong written English communication skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, real-time environment — things move
quickly here
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Reliable internet connection AND a backup connection
- UPS or generator for power outages
- Prior experience managing communications or inboxes on behalf of
someone else is a big plus
- QuickBooks experience is helpful but NOT required — we will train
the right person

NO PRIOR PAY-PER-CALL EXPERIENCE NEEDED. We will train you fully on
our industry and operations. What we can't train is attitude,
reliability, and communication skills — bring those.
