We are hiring an experienced Senior Physician Recruiter to support physician recruitment for the US healthcare market. This role is ideal for someone who has a proven track record recruiting physicians, understands the US healthcare hiring process, and can consistently produce qualified candidate submissions.

This is a performance-focused recruiting role. We are looking for someone who can generate 3 to 5 qualified healthcare candidate submissions per week through strong sourcing, outreach, screening, and follow-up.

What You’ll Do

Recruit for US physician roles across multiple specialties
Source and engage physicians using Indeed, ---------- , LinkedIn, SMS, email, cold calling, and other recruiting channels
Build and maintain active physician pipelines for current and future openings
Conduct screening calls to evaluate clinical background, licensing, availability, communication, compensation expectations, and fit
Present qualified physician candidates to the internal team and support them throughout the hiring process
Maintain consistent follow-up with candidates from first contact through submission, interview, offer, and placement
Track outreach, pipeline activity, submissions, interviews, and placements
Meet weekly performance expectations, including 3 to 5 qualified physician submissions per week

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of US healthcare recruiting experience
Strong experience recruiting physicians for the US market
Proven ability to generate consistent qualified candidate submissions
Experience sourcing passive physician candidates through job boards, databases, LinkedIn, email, SMS, and phone outreach
Strong screening, candidate engagement, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple searches at once
Comfortable working in a target-based, performance-driven environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and strong follow-up habits
