JOB OVERVIEW

Google Ads Specialist (Part-Time ? Long-Term)

We are looking for a Google Ads Specialist to help manage, optimize, and grow Google Ads accounts for service-based businesses such as dental clinics, physiotherapists, healthcare practices, and local service companies.

Your Responsibilities

Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns

Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis

Improve lead generation and conversion results

Conduct keyword research and audience testing

Test ad copy, landing page angles, and campaign structures

Analyze campaign performance and identify growth opportunities

Prepare monthly performance reports

Send short client updates when major optimizations are implemented

Recommend future strategies based on data and results

Bonus Skills (Preferred)

Google Tag Manager (GTM)

Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

Conversion tracking setup and troubleshooting

Landing page and CRO knowledge

Experience with local lead generation campaigns

Comfortable managing multiple accounts

Proactive and detail-oriented

Able to work independently and communicate clearly

Most of our clients operate in similar industries (dentists, physiotherapists, healthcare and local service businesses). This means successful strategies can often be replicated and scaled across multiple accounts.

You will play an important role in helping our clients grow while becoming a key part of our team.
