Snoice is seeking a full-time Catering Operations & Partnerships Coordinator to help lead and grow our catering division.
This role serves as the primary owner of catering inquiries, client communication, event coordination, school partnerships, sales tracking, project management, and operational systems. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, relationship-driven, and excited about building scalable systems that support long-term growth.
Our long-term goal is to build one of San Diego's leading dessert catering programs and create systems that can eventually support future locations and franchise growth.
Responsibilities
• Respond to catering inquiries, leads, and client questions
• Create estimates, proposals, invoices, contracts, and collect payments
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships
• Manage the catering pipeline from inquiry through event completion
• Maintain CRM, spreadsheets, and catering trackers
• Create and maintain event one-pagers and execution documents
• Coordinate staffing, logistics, inventory, equipment, and event preparation
• Schedule and organize catering staff and event assignments
• Coordinate with store managers, catering staff, marketing, and leadership
• Manage school partnership and outreach initiatives
• Research schools, businesses, venues, and partnership opportunities
• Maintain Trello boards, SOPs, templates, and documentation
• Track KPIs including lead sources, conversion rates, revenue, profitability, and repeat bookings
• Prepare weekly and monthly catering reports
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, organization, automation, and profitability
• Help build scalable systems that support future growth and franchising
Qualifications
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in operations, project management, account management, customer success, hospitality, events, or sales preferred
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
