WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. Deliver Leo Le Education’s coaching content, presentations, and teaching material to students — following the frameworks provided, bringing them to life with energy and clarity

2. Support clients through career transitions, job search strategy, confidence, and goal achievement

3. Run cold call sessions with students — 3 sessions for Diamond package students, 1 session for Gold package students

4. Get on the phones WITH students during cold call sessions — demonstrate live cold calling to employers, then coach students through their own calls in real time

5. Give detailed, actionable feedback to students on their cold calling technique — tone, script, objection handling, confidence, and follow-through

6. Submit concise session notes and student progress updates after every session

7. Attend a weekly debrief with Leo Le — 30 minutes, no fluff

8. Represent the Leo Le Education brand with the highest level of professionalism

9. Make outbound calls to leads who have expressed interest in Leo Le Education programs — build rapport, understand their goals, answer questions, and guide them toward the most suitable program.

WHAT WE REQUIRE

Non-Negotiables

1. ICF Certification (ACC, PCC, or MCC) is highly preferred — but if you have strong real-world coaching experience and a proven track record, we still want to hear from you

2. Minimum 2 years coaching experience — career coaching strongly preferred

3. Solid, real-world cold call experience — you have personally cold called employers or decision makers and know the process inside out. This is essential, not optional.

4. Confident and persuasive on the phone — students will be watching and learning from YOU

5. Strong presentation and facilitation skills — able to deliver pre-built content in an engaging, credible way

6. Professional-level spoken and written English

7. Stable internet and a clean, quiet video call setup

8. Must be able to work Australian Eastern time (AEST/AEDT) — all sessions run on Australian time

9. Minimum 5 hours per week for live coaching session delivery

10. Flexible availability required — cold call sessions are scheduled based on student bookings and will vary week to week. You will be notified in advance so you can prepare

11. Must be adaptable with your schedule — we need someone who can work around our students, not the other way around

Strong Advantage

1. Background in HR, Recruitment, Sales, or Career Services

2. Experience in outbound calling, headhunting, or recruitment — you know how to get through to employers

3. Experience delivering someone else’s coaching content or training framework

4. Prior experience coaching or mentoring others in job search, interview skills, or workplace readiness

COMPENSATION

AUD$14–A$20+ per hour (depending on experience, coaching ability, and performance).

Exceptional candidates with proven coaching, customer success, sales, or recruitment experience will be strongly considered at the higher end of the range.

Performance bonuses may be available for outstanding results and contribution to student success.

CONFIDENTIALITY & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All successful candidates must sign a Contractor Agreement inclusive of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before commencing. By joining Leo Le Education, you agree to the following:

1. Ownership of Materials

All coaching content, frameworks, scripts, guides, tools, and resources provided to you are the exclusive intellectual property of Leo Le Education. You may not copy, share, reproduce, or use these materials outside of your contracted duties — ever.

2. Non-Solicitation

During and for 12 months after this contract, you may not directly approach, solicit, or engage any Leo Le Education client for independent coaching services.

3. Client Confidentiality

All client information is strictly confidential. No client details are to be disclosed to any third party, for any reason, at any time — including after the contract ends.

4. Return of Materials

Upon contract termination, all Leo Le Education materials must be immediately returned or permanently deleted from your devices.

5. Breach of Agreement

Any breach of these obligations will result in immediate contract termination and may result in legal action. We take our intellectual property seriously.
