TML Deals is one of Northwest Indiana’s fastest-growing auction and resale companies. We process thousands of products each month through our auction marketplace, retail operations, trading card division, and rapidly growing e-commerce initiatives.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Marketing & Content Specialist to become a key member of our team. This is not a simple social media position. We are looking for someone who can help drive brand awareness, customer engagement, business growth, and lead generation through consistent, high-quality marketing execution.

Position Overview

The Marketing & Content Specialist will be responsible for creating, managing, and executing TML’s digital marketing efforts across multiple platforms.

You will work directly with company leadership to develop and execute campaigns that promote our auction marketplace, retail business, trading card division, events, and future growth initiatives.

You must be highly organized, creative, proactive, and capable of taking ownership of marketing projects from concept through execution.

Primary Responsibilities

Social Media Management

* Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube channels
* Create and schedule daily social media content
* Develop engaging captions and hashtags
* Monitor comments and messages
* Track engagement metrics and performance

Video Editing & Content Creation

* Edit short-form and long-form marketing videos
* Create TikTok, Facebook Reels, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
* Produce promotional videos for auctions, events, products, and company initiatives
* Add captions, graphics, music, and branding elements
* Repurpose content across multiple platforms

Graphic Design

* Design marketing graphics and promotional materials
* Create event advertisements
* Develop social media graphics
* Produce digital flyers and promotional campaigns
* Maintain consistent brand standards

Email Marketing

* Create and distribute email marketing campaigns
* Build customer newsletters
* Promote auction events and special sales
* Monitor campaign performance and open rates
* Improve customer engagement through email outreach

Advertising Support

* Assist with Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns
* Create ad graphics and video content
* Monitor campaign performance
* Recommend improvements to increase ROI

Business Development Support

* Research potential business partnerships
* Identify opportunities for customer growth
* Build prospect and lead lists
* Assist with marketing campaigns targeted toward local businesses and organizations

Marketing Administration

* Maintain marketing calendars
* Organize content libraries
* Track project deadlines
* Generate monthly marketing performance reports

Required Qualifications

* Minimum 2 years of marketing experience
* Strong English communication skills
* Advanced video editing skills
* Strong graphic design ability
* Experience managing social media accounts
* Excellent organizational skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Reliable high-speed internet connection
* Strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with:

* CapCut
* Canva
* Adobe Premiere Pro
* Adobe Photoshop
* Facebook Ads Manager
* Google Analytics
* Mailchimp
* YouTube Studio
* ChatGPT and AI-assisted content creation

Experience working with:

* Retail businesses
* E-commerce companies
* Auctions
* Resale businesses
* Trading card businesses

is highly preferred.
