Etsy Digital Template Business | Remote | Part-Time
Pay: $3.00-3.50 per template | 20–25 hrs/week | Long-term
About the Role
Im Starting an Etsy store selling professional digital templates, forms, trackers, checklists, and logs for industries like oil & gas, construction, healthcare, property management, and more. I need a reliable Canva designer to build 8–10 polished templates per day following a detailed design SOP I provide.

This is not a creative design role. Every template follows a strict brand standard specific colors, fonts, layout structure, and export settings are all defined. Your job is to execute the brief accurately and consistently, every time.

What You Will Do
Build 8–10 Canva templates per Day from written briefs
Follow the brand SOP exactly colors, fonts, layout structure, and export settings are all defined
Export each template as PDF Standard (product file) and PNG (listing thumbnail)
Name and organize files using the system I provide
Complete a self-review QC checklist before submitting anything
Flag questions before making design decisions on your own

Requirements
Strong Canva skills you must be able to work precisely with grids, alignment tools, and text formatting
High attention to detail errors in color, font, or structure result in rejection
Reliable internet and consistent availability
Responsive communication same-day replies during your work hours
Organized files must be named and submitted exactly as specified
English proficiency sufficient to read briefs and ask clear questions

Nice to Have
Experience with Etsy or digital product businesses
Background in document design, forms, or business templates
Familiarity with industrial or professional document formats

What to Expect
This role starts with a paid test task before any ongoing work is offered:

1. You will be given a written brief and brand standards document
2. You build 2 templates from scratch following the brief exactly
3. I review and select the best output as the master template for the business
4. Strong performers move into ongoing weekly work immediately
5. This template will be my first Master template for first niche
I am hiring 2 designers for the test task. The best work wins the ongoing role. I am looking for a long-term working relationship, if the quality is there and you are reliable, this grows into consistent weekly hours.
Pay & Hours:
3.00-3.50 per approved template
Templated that do not meet brand standard and need to be revised are not counted until revisions are complete and approved
A fast, accurate designer hitting 8-10 approved templates will earn $24-$35 per day
Max 10 per day to start. Once workflow gets streamlined we can ramp up to whatever you are comfortable with.
Test task is paid as per this rate
Paid weekly via the OnlineJobs.ph payment system
