Fast-growing professional organizing business seeking a highly organized, proactive Virtual Assistant to become a trusted right-hand support person.
Looking to build a long-term relationship with someone who enjoys helping a business owner stay organized, provide an exceptional client experience, and continue growing a thriving business. You'll work directly with the owner, helping manage both day-to-day operations and marketing initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, taking ownership of projects, creating systems, and helping an entrepreneur bring ideas to life. The right person will be dependable, resourceful, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while maintaining excellent communication.
Work hours are flexible as long as deadlines are met and projects continue moving forward.
I help clients create organized, functional spaces through professional organizing and decluttering services. My mission is to help people create calmer, more manageable homes while delivering a high-touch, personalized client experience.
As the business grows, I’m looking for a Virtual Assistant who can help streamline operations, support marketing efforts, and create systems that allow me (the owner) to focus on serving clients and growing the business.
Hours & Structure
Ongoing role of approximately 5–7 hours per week
Initial setup projects will be paid separately (such as client management system setup, workflow creation, and template development)
Opportunity for additional hours as the business grows
Core Responsibilities
Client & Administrative Support
Manage client follow-ups and communication
Assist with invoicing and client onboarding processes
Set up and maintain client portal templates and workflows
Help manage and improve client experience systems
Maintain organized digital files, folders, and assets
Assist with
Create and document systems, processes, and standard operating procedures
Other general administrative support as needed
Marketing & Content Support
Transform owner-created content into social media posts, stories, reels, and graphics
Create branded content using Canva
Schedule and manage content calendars
Assist with Instagram and
Design marketing materials and promotional graphics
Create digital resources and lead magnets
Website & Digital Content
Make routine website updates
Add new content, portfolio projects, media appearances, and links
Help organize and maintain before-and-after project portfolios
Assist with creating and organizing digital content
Support ongoing improvements to the business's online presence
Ideal Candidate
Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
Proactive and resourceful. You naturally identify problems and opportunities before being asked
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Reliable, professional, and trustworthy
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems

Creative with an eye for design and branding consistency
Enjoys creating systems, processes, and organization that help a business run smoothly
We're Looking For Someone Who
Has a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant
Has experience supporting a solo business owner, entrepreneur, or small business
Enjoys taking ownership of projects and following through to completion
Has strong attention to detail and loves keeping things organized
Communicates clearly, professionally, and proactively
Is comfortable learning new technology and software platforms
Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
Is dependable and responsive
Can balance both administrative and creative tasks

HoneyBook or similar client management systems
Canva and basic graphic design

Experience with
