Elite Point Solutions LLC is a growing credit solutions company dedicated to helping clients improve their financial future. We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with strong GoHighLevel experience who is eager to grow with our team.

Required Qualifications:
Strong hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL)
Good written and verbal English communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Quick learner with a positive attitude
Reliable computer and internet connection
Ability to follow processes, procedures, and deadlines
Available to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours
Professional and dependable work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the credit repair industry
Knowledge of credit disputing processes

Google Workspace
Canva
Zoom
CRM management
Customer support
Data entry

Email management
Appointment scheduling
Manage and update client information within GoHighLevel
Create, manage, and maintain workflows, automations, and pipelines
Follow up with leads and clients through various communication channels
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Assist with administrative and operational tasks
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Support client onboarding and communication
Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Learn and assist with credit repair processes as needed

Growth Opportunity: This position is currently gig-based and offered on an as-needed basis. The first week will provide approximately 20 hours of work for training, onboarding, and initial project assignments. After the first week, hours may vary based on business needs and performance. Elite Point Solutions LLC is actively growing, and there may be opportunities for increased hours, long-term work, and advancement for the right candidate as the company expands.
