Job Title:
Virtual Assistant | Light Admin + Social Media Video Editor (Clips & Posting)Job Overview / Description:
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide ongoing support with light administrative tasks, schedule management, simple video editing, and social media content posting. This is a long-term remote position perfect for someone organized who enjoys creating short-form content from streams and videos. No advanced experience needed — just consistency, good English communication, and basic skills in the tools below.Key Responsibilities:
Light admin work: data entry, inputting information into spreadsheets/Google Sheets, organizing files, and basic research.
Schedule management: calendar management, over-scheduling meetings/appointments, and sending reminders.
Simple video editing: clip highlights from live streams/recordings, add text overlays, basic transitions, music, and export in the right formats (using CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
Social media management: post edited clips and content on platforms like YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, X/Twitter, etc.
Clip streams: monitor live streams, create short highlight clips, and repost them across channels with proper captions and hashtags.
Other tasks as needed to support daily operations.
Requirements / Skills Needed:
Strong English communication (written and spoken).
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.
Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive).
Basic video editing skills (CapCut preferred; willing to learn others).
Experience posting on social media platforms.
Organized, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Available for at least 20–30 hours per week (flexible schedule, but some overlap with US time zones may be needed).
Preferred (but not required):
Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or social media helper.
Familiarity with streaming platforms (Twitch, YouTube Live, etc.).
