We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Technical Support Specialist to assist customers with product-related questions, resolve technical issues, and ensure a positive support experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries through
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve technical and platform-related concerns
- Assist customers in navigating platform features and implementing solutions
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate internal teams when required
- Work closely with product and development teams to address customer-reported problems
- Stay informed about platform updates, features, and best practices
- Provide clear, professional, and customer-focused communication at all times
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills is a MUST.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a MUST.
- Experience supporting Shopify stores or eCommerce platforms
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a related role
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Comfortable working with technical platforms, tools, and software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Familiarity with Zendesk or other customer support ticketing systems
- Prior experience in a SaaS or software-based environment
Work Arrangement:
- Full-time remote position
- 40 hours per week (8-hour shifts)
